Wavvy Words — Terms of Use

1. Parties
These terms are between you, the person using Wavvy Words, and Mustafa Terzi, the independent developer who publishes it (Rize, Türkiye). "Rize Teknoloji" is only a brand name used by the developer; it is not a company. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. The game
Wavvy Words is a puzzle game in which clues in your own language lead to English words. The content is for learning and entertainment; it does not replace preparation for a language exam or an official level certificate. Level labels (A1–C1) are approximate. There is no account: your progress is stored on your device.
3. Gems
Gems are virtual points used inside the game for help such as revealing a letter. Gems are not real money; they cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services, cannot be transferred, cannot be refunded and have no value outside the game. We may change how many gems are earned and spent to keep the game balanced.
4. Purchases
All purchases are made through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy, in your own currency.
Gem packs are one-time consumable products. For now gems are stored only on the device where they were bought; unspent gems may not be recoverable if you change devices or erase the app's data.
Premium is a subscription that renews monthly or yearly. It removes the daily limit and the ads between puzzles and adds extra gems every day; the current benefits are shown in the Store tab. It renews automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel it in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
"Ad-free for life" is a single payment. It removes the ads between puzzles only, for as long as the app is offered; it is not a subscription.
Premium and "ad-free for life" belong to the Google Play account that bought them. On another device signed in with the same account, use Store > Restore purchases.
Refunds follow Google Play's refund rules. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
5. Daily limit
Free play limits how many new puzzles can be opened per day. We may change this limit, the extra plays earned by watching ads, and rewards.
6. Fair use
Do not tamper with the app, change the clock or use other means to get around limits, create gems or block ads. If such use is detected, the gains may be removed.
7. Ads
The free version shows third-party ads: between puzzles, and rewarded ads that play when you choose to watch one. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads and for the sites and apps they lead to. Your advertising choices are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The app's code, design, puzzles, word lists and clues belong to the developer. They may not be copied or distributed beyond your personal use.
9. Liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will run without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
10. Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is published in the app and on our site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
These terms are published in English and Turkish. If the two differ, the Turkish version prevails.
Wavvy Words — Kullanım Şartları

1. Taraflar
Bu şartlar, Wavvy Words uygulamasını kullanan sizinle, uygulamayı yayınlayan bağımsız geliştirici Mustafa Terzi (Rize, Türkiye) arasındadır. "Rize Teknoloji" geliştiricinin kullandığı bir marka adıdır, şirket değildir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul edersiniz.
2. Oyun
Wavvy Words, kendi dilinizdeki ipuçlarıyla İngilizce kelimeleri bulduğunuz bir bulmaca oyunudur. İçerik eğitim ve eğlence amaçlıdır; bir dil sınavına hazırlık ya da resmî bir seviye belgesi yerine geçmez. Seviye etiketleri (A1–C1) yaklaşık değerlerdir. Hesap yoktur: ilerlemeniz cihazınızda saklanır.
3. Elmaslar
Elmas, oyun içinde harf almak gibi kolaylıklar için kullanılan sanal bir puandır. Elmaslar gerçek para değildir; paraya, mala ya da hizmete çevrilemez, başkasına devredilemez, iade edilemez ve oyun dışında hiçbir değeri yoktur. Oyun dengesi için elmas kazanç ve harcama miktarlarını değiştirebiliriz.
4. Satın almalar
Bütün satın almalar Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada ve Google Play'de kendi para biriminizle gösterilir.
Elmas paketleri tek seferlik, tüketilen ürünlerdir. Elmaslar şimdilik yalnız satın alındıkları cihazda saklanır; cihaz değiştirildiğinde ya da uygulama verisi silindiğinde harcanmamış elmaslar geri getirilemeyebilir.
Premium, aylık ya da yıllık yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Günlük sınırı ve bulmacalar arasındaki reklamları kaldırır, her gün ek elmas verir; güncel avantajlar Mağaza sekmesinde gösterilir. Dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz gösterilen fiyattan kendiliğinden yenilenir. Aboneliği Google Play > Ödemeler ve abonelikler > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetir ve iptal edersiniz. İptal ettikten sonra Premium, ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır.
"Ömür boyu reklamsız" tek ödemelidir. Uygulama sunulduğu sürece yalnız bulmacalar arasındaki reklamları kaldırır; abonelik değildir.
Premium ve "ömür boyu reklamsız", satın alan Google Play hesabına aittir. Aynı hesapla giriş yapılmış başka bir cihazda Mağaza > Satın alımları geri yükle seçeneğini kullanın.
İadeler Google Play'in iade kurallarına tabidir. Bu şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, tüketici olarak yasadan doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
5. Günlük sınır
Ücretsiz oyunda günde açılabilecek yeni bulmaca sayısı sınırlıdır. Bu sınırı, reklam izleyerek kazanılan ek hakları ve ödülleri değiştirebiliriz.
6. Adil kullanım
Uygulamayı kurcalayarak, saat ayarını değiştirerek ya da başka yollarla sınırları aşmaya, elmas üretmeye veya reklamları engellemeye çalışmayın. Böyle bir kullanım tespit edilirse ilgili kazanımlar geri alınabilir.
7. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürümde üçüncü taraf reklamları gösterilir: bulmacalar arasında çıkan reklamlar ve siz izlemeyi seçtiğinizde oynayan ödüllü reklamlar. Reklamların içeriğinden ve yönlendirdikleri site ve uygulamalardan reklam verenler sorumludur. Reklam tercihleriniz Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.
8. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın kodu, tasarımı, bulmacaları, kelime listeleri ve ipuçları geliştiriciye aittir. Kişisel kullanımınız dışında kopyalanamaz ve dağıtılamaz.
9. Sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak yasal haklarınız saklıdır.
10. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu şartlar değişirse yeni sürüm uygulamada ve sitemizde yayınlanır.
