1. Our Position
Wavvy Words is an arrow-word puzzle game for people learning English. We respect intellectual property rights and expect the people who use the App to do the same.
The content of the game is our own. The puzzles, the word lists and the clues are prepared by the developer for this game. The English words themselves are ordinary words of the language and belong to no one.
There is no user content. Players cannot upload, publish or share anything through the App. What a player types into a puzzle stays on that player's device; we do not receive, host or see it.
What is under our control:
- The App itself, including its code, design, name, icon, puzzles, word lists and clues
- Its Google Play store listing, including the screenshots and graphics
- This website
2. Reporting Infringement
If you believe material in the App, its store listing or this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to privacy@rizeteknoloji.com.tr with the subject line "Copyright Notice". We accept notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), and from rights holders in any country.
To be effective, your notice must include:
- The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
- Identification of the infringing material, with enough information for us to find it — for example the level and number of the puzzle and the clue concerned, or a screenshot of the store listing or this website showing where it appears
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
Incomplete notices may delay our response.
3. What We Do
When we receive a valid notice we act promptly, usually within 5 business days:
- Store listing or this website: we remove or change the identified material.
- Material inside the App, such as a puzzle or a clue: puzzles are packed inside the App, so we remove or change the material in an update and publish that update as soon as we can.
We will let you know what action we took.
4. Counter-Notice
Wavvy Words holds no material provided by users, so we do not expect to remove anything that belongs to someone else. If you nevertheless believe material of yours was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.
5. False Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, please get legal advice first.
6. Using Our Content
The puzzles, word lists and clues of Wavvy Words are for playing inside the App. They may not be copied, collected in bulk, republished or used in another product without our written permission. To ask for permission, write to privacy@rizeteknoloji.com.tr.
7. Trademarks and Other Complaints
Wavvy Words is not affiliated with any language school, examination body or publisher. The level labels A1 to C1 follow the levels of the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and are used only to describe difficulty; they are approximate and are not an official assessment. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
Trademark and other intellectual property complaints can be sent to the same address. You can also report an app on Google Play directly to Google through its legal help center.

1. Tutumumuz
Wavvy Words, İngilizce öğrenenler için bir çengel bulmaca oyunudur. Fikri mülkiyet haklarına saygı duyarız ve Uygulamayı kullananlardan da aynısını bekleriz.
Oyunun içeriği bize aittir. Bulmacaları, kelime listelerini ve ipuçlarını geliştirici bu oyun için hazırlar. İngilizce kelimelerin kendisi dilin gündelik kelimeleridir ve kimsenin malı değildir.
Kullanıcı içeriği yoktur. Oyuncular Uygulama üzerinden hiçbir şey yükleyemez, yayımlayamaz veya paylaşamaz. Oyuncunun bulmacaya yazdıkları kendi cihazında kalır; bunları almayız, barındırmayız, görmeyiz.
Kontrolümüzde olanlar:
- Kodu, tasarımı, adı, simgesi, bulmacaları, kelime listeleri ve ipuçları dahil olmak üzere Uygulamanın kendisi
- Ekran görüntüleri ve grafikleri dahil olmak üzere Google Play mağaza sayfası

2. İhlal Bildirimi
Uygulamadaki, mağaza sayfasındaki veya bu web sitesindeki bir materyalin telif hakkınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız, konu satırı "Copyright Notice" olan yazılı bir bildirimi privacy@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine gönderin. ABD Dijital Milenyum Telif Hakkı Yasası (17 U.S.C. § 512) kapsamındaki bildirimleri ve her ülkeden hak sahiplerinin bildirimlerini kabul ederiz.
Bildiriminizin geçerli olması için şunları içermesi gerekir:
- Telif hakkı sahibinin veya onun adına hareket etmeye yetkili kişinin fiziksel veya elektronik imzası
- İhlal edildiğini iddia ettiğiniz eserin tanımı
- İhlal eden materyalin, onu bulabilmemize yetecek bilgiyle tanımı; örneğin bulmacanın seviyesi ve numarası ile ilgili ipucu ya da materyalin göründüğü yeri gösteren bir mağaza sayfası veya web sitesi ekran görüntüsü

3. Ne Yapıyoruz
Geçerli bir bildirim aldığımızda, genellikle 5 iş günü içinde harekete geçeriz:
- Mağaza sayfası veya bu web sitesi: Belirtilen materyali kaldırır veya değiştiririz.
- Uygulamanın içindeki materyal (örneğin bir bulmaca veya ipucu): Bulmacalar Uygulamanın içinde paketlidir; bu yüzden materyali bir güncellemeyle kaldırır veya değiştirir, güncellemeyi olabildiğince çabuk yayımlarız.
Hangi işlemi yaptığımızı size bildiririz.
4. İtiraz Bildirimi
Wavvy Words'te kullanıcıların sağladığı bir materyal bulunmaz; bu nedenle başkasına ait bir şeyi kaldırmamız beklenmez. Yine de size ait bir materyalin bir hata veya yanlış tanımlama nedeniyle kaldırıldığını düşünüyorsanız, aynı adrese itiraz bildirimi gönderebilirsiniz. İtiraz bildirimi şunları içermelidir:
- Fiziksel veya elektronik imzanız
- Kaldırılan materyalin ve kaldırılmadan önce nerede göründüğünün tanımı
- Materyalin bir hata veya yanlış tanımlama nedeniyle kaldırıldığına iyi niyetle inandığınıza dair, yalan beyanın yasal sonuçlarını kabul ederek verdiğiniz bir beyan
- Adınız, adresiniz ve telefon numaranız; adresinizin bağlı olduğu mahkemelerin (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dışındaysanız, bulunabileceğimiz herhangi bir yargı bölgesinin) yetkisini kabul ettiğinize ve asıl bildirimi gönderen kişiden tebligat kabul edeceğinize dair bir beyan
Geçerli bir itiraz bildirimi alırsak, asıl bildirimi gönderen kişi dava açtığını bize bildirmedikçe materyali 10 ila 14 iş günü sonra geri yükleyebiliriz.
5. Asılsız Bildirimler
17 U.S.C. § 512(f) uyarınca, bir materyalin ihlal oluşturduğunu veya yanlışlıkla kaldırıldığını bilerek gerçeğe aykırı biçimde bildiren kişi tazminatla sorumlu tutulabilir. Bir materyalin haklarınızı ihlal edip etmediğinden emin değilseniz, önce hukuki destek almanızı öneririz.
6. İçeriğimizin Kullanımı
Wavvy Words'ün bulmacaları, kelime listeleri ve ipuçları Uygulamanın içinde oynanmak içindir. Yazılı iznimiz olmadan kopyalanamaz, toplu olarak derlenemez, yeniden yayımlanamaz veya başka bir üründe kullanılamaz. İzin istemek için privacy@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine yazın.
7. Markalar ve Diğer Şikâyetler
Wavvy Words'ün hiçbir dil okulu, sınav kurumu veya yayıneviyle bağlantısı yoktur. A1'den C1'e seviye etiketleri, Avrupa Konseyi'nin Diller için Avrupa Ortak Başvuru Çerçevesi'ndeki (CEFR) seviyeleri izler ve yalnızca zorluğu anlatmak için kullanılır; yaklaşık değerlerdir, resmî bir değerlendirme değildir. Google Play, Google LLC'nin ticari markasıdır.
Marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet şikâyetlerini aynı adrese gönderebilirsiniz. Google Play'deki bir uygulamayı, Google'ın hukuki yardım merkezi üzerinden doğrudan Google'a da bildirebilirsiniz.
